A University of Phoenix Stadium Unit of Time

With the writers strike now over, I was all ready to bring you the Sun Devil Second once again, but I figured it was time to let go of the past and embrace the name of the Cardinals magnificent new stadium. Unfortunately its a little unwieldy and doesn't correspond to a particular unit of time, but if you don't like it, you're overrated.

The NFL is out of sight and out of mind, at least out of my mind as I try to pretend that Superbowl never happened, but I have good offseason news for a change: Arizona has resigned Larry Fitzgerald.

After 46 years of on the job training, it looks like Bill Bidwill finally learned you don't let guys like this get away.

In other Cardinals news, the team is in talks with Touchdown Jesus about a contract extension, which will be particularly useful after I pay Jeff Gillooly to kneecap Matt Leinart.

And whats Fatty Matty Leinart doing you ask? No, not fathering more bastard children or pretending he's in the cast of Entourage. He's learning CPR:
