Pomp Culture Fantasy Baseball Preview 2009: Second Base Rankings

It's that time of year again. We're about a week away from pitchers and catchers reporting, so it's time to start putting together your cheat sheets for a new season of fantasy baseball. Over the next couple weeks I will be giving you my top players at each position. Position eligibility is determined by the guidelines set by Yahoo Fantasy Baseball (5 games started or 10 games played for hitters, 3 starts for starting pitchers and 5 relief appearances for relief pitchers) unless otherwise stated.
