Thanks Bullpen for Ruining My Day

Thank you to Ryan Dempster and Scott Eyre for turning what had been a nice day into a depressing one. Seriously, it's a beautiful day outside, I'm plugging away at work, making some headway in the clusterfuck of projects I currently have on my desk, and the Cubs are well on their way to a 5-1 win to even the series with the Mets. Then in comes Dumpster and the whole day goes to shit. Ugh, and he hasn't been that bad this season. At this point can we honestly say we're comfortable with any of our relievers out there? I guess Angel Guzman is still waiting to get his first major league win. For those scoring at home, the records now go as such:

Cubs Starters, 16-10
Cubs Relievers, 2-11

This bullpen is a joke and is the most glaring reason why this team is mired below .500 instead of hanging right behind Milwaukee. Well, at least this pathetic excuse of a road trip is over. Hopefully things will turn around tomorrow against the White Sox. At the very least maybe Chaz will plunk A.J. for me this weekend.
